Description |
"Zip the Lips" has almost become Charlyne's trademarked advice to standers. What are you speaking each day? Does your husband or wife just push your buttons to start screaming and make you sound like you are not even a Christian? Do you sound like you are praying for your spouse to come home? In this teaching, Charlyne shares about the words a stander needs to be using in their relationships with not only a spouse, but with others as well. Do you have trouble with your tongue? This teaching will really help you! What are you speaking every day?

It's so easy to lean to our own understanding and rationalize the need to verbally express ourselves. However, our ways are not Gods ways. This is an excellent teaching about QUIETLY resting in the Lord. He is faithful and knows how to communicate in a way that will bring conviction and restoration to your marriage. Be still and trust in the Lord Jesus! |

This is truly a powerful and encouraging teaching. I have been learning to 'Be still' according to GOD'S word, and this 'zip your lip' teaching is right on time. I am so grateful that our LORD has directed me to RMM and all of the blessings of direction and encouragement that I glean from this site and its contributors. This lesson is very necessary for our "standing" journey. |

That's a very good teaching, since I have listened to it, even sometimes when talking about my marital challenges or my husband, I remember to zip my lips. This teaching explain to you what you have to say, how to say it. Proverbs 18.21, to see change in our marriages we need to start speaking the word, not our emotions or what people want to hear from us. Thank you Charlyne for this great encouragement! |

It was difficult to remain quiet, to Zip my lips in the past but through this teaching God has shown me that by controlling what I say I honor Him. That my words can either build up or destroy a person. I choose today to zip my lips and let God take control. |
