The Prodigal's Pen is another one of Bob Steinkamp's contributions to the growing library of books from Rejoice Marriage Ministries, Inc. that address the Biblical concepts of love, marriage, and salvation. Bob and his wife Charlyne founded this ministry in 1990, after their own divorce and subsequent remarriage.

In The Prodigal's Pen, Bob has compiled memorable messages to persons standing for the restoration of their marriages, and includes many insightful comments based on his own perspective as a former prodigal as well as Charlyne's thoughts as a stander.
